Privacy Policy Updated June 19th, 2018

This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") applies to the hosted Concourse platform available through campusconcourse.com and its subdomains (collectively, the "Site"), all owned and operated by Intellidemia, Inc., a New York corporation ("Intellidemia", "we", or "us").

Intellidemia knows you care how information about you is collected, used, and shared. This Privacy Policy explains how Intellidemia obtains and uses personal information through the Site. It also describes the choices available to you regarding the use of, your access to, and how to update, correct, and remove your personal information.

By accessing or using the Site, you are agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy and acknowledge that your information will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. How We Define the Actors and Responsibilities

Every individual who decides to use our site ("User") may have personal information associated with them. In addition to individual Users, an Institution ("Institution") is an organization which obtains and provides access to the Site for their collective set of Users.

When Users directly sign up for and utilize our Site, or access our Site to view information about our company, our technology, to communicate with us, etc., we are the data controller for all personal information provided by that User.

When a User engages with the Site because their Institution holds an enterprise subscription to Concourse, then:

  • the User’s Institution is the data controller regarding the user information they  provide us. This typically includes name, email address, and a common institutional identifier. In this case, with your Institution as the data controller, we act as a data processor under data protection laws, meaning we use the information to provide a service to your Institution.

  • Intellidemia is the data controller for information provided directly by the User or from interactions with the Site, including entering course content and expanded profile information like role, title, additional contact information, and work credentials.

2. Information We Collect

We will use this information to assist us in administering our Site, and for internal operations, including statistical research, data analysis, performance monitoring, testing, and troubleshooting purposes. We will also use this information to keep our Site safe and secure.

We use non-personally identifiable information in our log files to further administer our Site, to track and analyze behaviors in and around our Site, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

We will combine this information with information you provide to us and information we collect about you for the purposes noted above.

4. Who We Give Your Information To

We consider your personal information and trust to be an integral part of our relationship with you. Intellidemia will never sell your personal information to third parties. There are, however, certain circumstances in which we may share your personal information with select third parties.
